How long does it take to install Massage Seating?

Depending on your vehicle, installation of an "in seat" unit can usually take from 2 - 3 hours.  Our authorized technician will first ask you to sit in the seat and take measurements to insure that the massage motors are properly placed to suit your body type.  Then he will proceed with the installation.

Can I install a Massage Seating unit in my car myself?

Can I get massage seating installed in my leased vehicle?

Many dealerships are now offering massage seating as an upgrade in a lease.  In most cases, you can certainly INCLUDE it in a lease.  If you already have a vehicle leased, our installer can install an "in seat" Massage Seating unit, THEN remove it before you are ready to return the vehicle AND install it in your new vehicle!  In most case however,  it is considered a significant upgrade to the vehicle, and increases the value of the vehicle.  IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, you should consult with the company who leased you the vehicle first.

I have expensive leather seating in my car.  Can I get a massage unit installed in it?

Do I have to get a new seat in my car for ComfortALERT™?

NO!  Our trained installers can easily install our Massage Seating in your existing seat.

Will Massage Seating drain my battery?

NO!  A ComfortALERT™ Massage Seating unit only uses 3 amps.  Our power-saving feature automatically turns off the unit after 15 minutes to help prevent battery drain should you forget to turn it off after shutting off your vehicle.   Under normal usage, you will notice no effect on the performance of your vehicle.

Can I move the massage seating units from one vehicle to another?

Although it IS possible, massage seating is considered to be a significant upgrade to your vehicle.  If you are reselling your vehicle, massage seating is a valuable selling feature to a potential buyer - and will raise the perceived value of the vehicle.
